Occupation*He was the first mayor of Cape Canaveral FL. He attended Western Michigan University until 1941 when he enlisted in the Navy and served as a pilot on the USS Wasp and USS Hornet. He managed TWA's support operations group at the Merritt Island Launch Area and then managed maintenance engineering for NASA support operations at the Kennedy Space Center. Raymond retired in 1984.
