Anecdote*Daniel Corby owned a triangular section of farmland in Erin Township near Sacred Heart Church by what became Utica and Gratiot Rds. The Dedenbach's also owned property nearby and had donated the land for the church. After Daniel died his land passed on to his wife's brothers, January and Daniel Trombly.
